This is a replica of a 1975 Cessna C-180J Skywagon which is one of the real workhorses of
the Alaskan bush. It was created from the aircraft Pilot Operting Handbook (POH) and Type
Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) and is as accurate a model as X-Plane permits.
The GoodWay Compatible model features:
- Transparent windows, detailed fully animated 3D cockpit & realistic instrument panel
by master craftsman Peter Fisher.
- Working cockpit doors, flight controls, and engine controls. See the readme.txt file for instructions on how to use this
feature.
- Adjustable, visible cowl flaps.
- Airframe and flight model as close to realistic as X-Plane´s recent advances
permit. Speed, handling, and "the numbers" are very close to the real airplane.
- A very realistic paint job by master painter Shannon Boatman.
- Two versions included: The 2D/3D version we normally provide plus instructions for
easily converting to a version that starts directly into 3D mode.
- Documents include performance charts and checklists extracted from the Pilot Operating
Handbook (POH).
